Our Learner Voice
Our learners’ experience is the ultimate benchmark to us of how we perform as a learning provider.
All our learners are asked to rate the various aspects of their experience with us as:
‘excellent’, ‘good’, ‘average’, ‘poor’ or ‘not applicable’.
They are also asked to say how often they expect to use the knowledge and skills they’ve achieved in their work.
